Wear resistance of spc floor features
First look at the structure of the spc floor, the uv layer: this layer determines the floor's anti-fouling ability and the ability to protect the color film layer (anti-ultraviolet radiation discoloration). Responsible factory processes will go through uv at least twice; wear layer: Basically determines the service life of our floor. It is also the most critical layer that determines the degree of wear resistance of the floor. The thickness is generally 0.3mm to 0.7mm; color film layer: it is the floor pattern and color that we can directly see; spc substrate: it is a mixture of polyvinyl chloride and calcium powder; optional additional layer: its main function is to increase the sound insulation effect and feel comfortable on the feet. The spc lock floor not only adds a wear-resistant layer, but the uv layer also protects the floor to a certain extent and increases the service life of the floor.
From the perspective of the production process of spc flooring, the main raw material of SPC is polyvinyl chloride resin, mixed with calcium powder, the SPC substrate is extruded by the extruder combined with T-die, and the PVC is wear-resistant with a three-roll or four-roll calender. The layer, PVC color film and SPC substrate are laminated and embossed by heating at one time. It is a product that does not use glue. From the raw material point of view, spc flooring is stronger and more wear-resistant than wooden materials, and the one-time molding process also increases the stability of the floor structure.
